I think that it's not that hard to implement. Yes, you need to know C# quite well, but that's not a lot. KeyLoggers are pretty cool, but I don't think of them as something you can get from a free download like a trojan. You shouldn't be too worried about a keylogger. I'm not a security expert and this is a general answer, but the general rule is: Be careful what you download. Don't install things from random websites. Don't click on every ad that pops up. Check the URL. Don't install programs you don't understand. You're not supposed to be an expert, but you can be an expert in one subject.
